FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We currently offer two membership packages.
- choose any 10 leads for $500 (works out at $50 per lead)
- choose any 25 leads for $1,000 (works out at $40 per lead)
You can purchase a Tripler Membership via the Tripler App. If you have not already done so, you will be prompted to enter your card details to complete the purchase of the membership package.
Alternatively, please feel free to contact our membership team on +1 917 994 6050, who will be more than happy to assist in setting up a Tripler Membership for you.
After signing up for a Tripler Membership, you have free choice over the leads you wish to service. You are able to pick any leads which appear on the app up to the Membership limit you have purchased. To access the lead contact information, simply click the ‘Free for Members’ button on the lead card. You can then view and contact the lead information in the ‘My Smart Leads’ section on the Tripler App. This is easily accessible from the App Dashboard.
Tripler Membership packages last for 30 days. You will need to choose 10 leads if you have purchased an Introductory membership package, or 25 leads if you have purchased a Gold membership package, within 30 days of purchasing a package.
Select ‘Membership’ from the main menu and you will be able to view how many leads you have already chosen within your current membership package.
If you do not wish to renew your Membership then please cancel ‘auto-renew’ in the ‘Membership’ section of the Tripler App.
